How To Mail Us Your Film
Create and submit your order using our online order form
We’ll send a payment link once your film has been collected and arrives at the lab.
Pack your rolls (see our packaging tips below) and include your name and contact so we can match your package to your order.
Where possible, use a service with a tracking number. Once your package reaches the lab, turnaround times are the same as for in-person drop-offs.
You can choose to collect or have negatives mailed out. Our negative storage policies can be found in our FAQ.
Packaging Tips
Your film’s journey matters just as much as its time in our lab. To keep it safe in transit, we recommend to
- Seal your film in a plastic bag to guard against weather.
- Use a padded bag (or box with cushioning).
- Avoid loose or flimsy packaging - we’d hate for your film to arrive damaged.
- Include your return address (marked “Sender”) on the outside.
- Where possible, use a tracked mail service and note the tracking number.
