We process C41 colour negative, black & white, and ECN-2 cine film, in both 35mm and 120 formats.

Turnaround times are using our default Noritsu scanner (add 2 days for other scanners)

* For ECN-2 films containing Remjet: Allow up to 7 days

For C41 colour development we use only genuine Kodak chemicals. For black and white, we use Kodak XTol developer.

We offer push/pull for black & white (up to 3 stops, no extra charge) and C41 ($5 per stop).

We’ll email you a download link when they’re ready. Your scans stay online for 4 weeks.

Not unless you want to! Our standard (Noritsu) scans are high resolution and look fantastic with our standard lab settings.

By default, we cut and sleeve 35mm negatives in strips of 6, then safely store them for 3 months for collection. You can also request uncut negatives, or have them mailed back.

Yes. We’ll re-scan to our high standards. Please note dust removal results depend on how the negatives have been stored. 

Occasionally, camera malfunction can result in blank rolls. If that happens, don’t worry - we’ll credit you the scanning portion of your payment.

Nationwide negative packing & shipping is $13 with Australia Post.

We take every precaution, and most of our drop locations are indoors. For outside boxes, like any mail-type box, there’s always a small risk of theft or weather damage.

Our drop-off boxes are weather-resistant, but we also recommend placing your film in a sealable plastic bag before putting in the envelope
